Shipping Policy

All physical products ordered from CleoWulf Studio LLC are produced on a made-to-order basis. We do not keep physical inventory on hand. After an order is placed, the item is produced, packed, and shipped through our production and shipping partners.

Digital Products

Digital products, including digital downloads, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. No physical item will be shipped for digital-only purchases.

Production Time

Most made-to-order physical items are produced within 2–7 business days before shipment. Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, fulfillment location, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Time

Production time and shipping time are separate. Once an order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, and shipping method.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delays and Carrier Issues

CleoWulf Studio LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect carrier scans, or other events outside of our control. If an order appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the issue with our production and shipping partners.

Lost Packages

If an order appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so the issue can be reviewed with our production and shipping partners.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. CleoWulf Studio LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an address issue, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CleoWulf Studio LLC is not responsible for customs delays, customs fees, import restrictions, or delivery issues caused by destination-country requirements.
