These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from CleoWulf Studio LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products and Fulfillment

CleoWulf Studio LLC sells original books, digital creative goods, wall art, puzzles, apparel, and other creative products.

All physical products sold by CleoWulf Studio LLC are produced on a made-to-order basis. We do not keep physical inventory on hand. Physical products are produced after purchase, then packed and shipped through our production and shipping partners.

Once an order enters production, it may not be possible to modify, cancel, return, or exchange the order unless there is an approved issue with damage, defect, misprint, incorrect production, incorrect shipment, or another order-related problem.

Product images, mockups, colors, sizes, and placement previews are for illustrative purposes only. Due to screen differences and on-demand manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, sizing, print placement, material appearance, or final product finish may occur.

Digital Products

Digital products, including digital downloads, are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped for digital-only purchases.

Because digital products are accessible after purchase, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law or where there is an approved issue with access, incorrect files, or technical delivery.

Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before an order enters production or before a digital product is delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders affected by pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraud, production limitations, shipping limitations, or technical errors.

Shipping

Production time and shipping time are separate. Physical products must be produced before they are shipped.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. CleoWulf Studio LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect carrier scans, incorrect shipping information, or other events outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Lost Packages

If an order appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so the issue can be reviewed with our production and shipping partners.

Returns and Refunds

Because physical products are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or accidental orders.

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue. You may be asked to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is approved, CleoWulf Studio LLC may offer a replacement, correction, refund, or other resolution depending on the situation and production partner review.

Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for full details. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. CleoWulf Studio LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an address issue, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CleoWulf Studio LLC is not responsible for customs delays, customs fees, import restrictions, or delivery issues caused by destination-country requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, artwork, images, product names, branding, copy, and other creative materials on this website are the property of CleoWulf Studio LLC or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold, or used without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy site content for commercial use, or use this website for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleoWulf Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, digital downloads, production services, or shipping services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product involved in that order, except where prohibited by law.

No Guarantee of Availability

We may update, modify, discontinue, or remove products, collections, prices, content, or website features at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
